I bought this netbook as my mac ibook had just given up the ghost and I am starting my Phd so need a reliable computer. The Samsung N130 is terrific, easy to use and comes with super extras not usually found, in my experience, on netbooks. You get free McAfee virus scan and a year trial of Office 2007. Whilst after the year you have to buy the complete version it allows you time to use it and practice and you never know what Microsoft will come up with in a years time. The netbook is really light and the keyboard is a good size. The pink is a very pale colour so if you wanted it to be bright pink this wouldn't be the one for you on a colour basis. I am delighted with it and would recommend it to anyone. Internet browsing, as is to be expected is brilliant. Buy one, you'll love it!!

I searched for days reading review after review and weighing up pros and cons and eventually decided on his little pink number for my Daughters Birthday present. As with most internet purchases theres only pics and other peoples opinions so if mine is worth anything then look no further.

I was more than impressed with this little number. Even for a bloke I quite fancy the colour myself, its not a gawdy bright pink but pale and subtle giving it more of a smart, proffesional appearence and the white key pad has a really great feel. In my daughters words, "so cool" so say no more.

Performance was just as impressive and it works anywhere in the house on our internal wireless network with excellent signal strength. Web surfing is as good as our home PC and download speed is impressive, even with a mobile broadband Dongle, which I purchased seperately. Dont be put off by the XP operating system, its tried and tested, reliable and does all you need.The price is simply superp and the long battery life is the cherry on the top. The only slight dissapointment is that it doesnt come with a cover and so had to buy this as an extra. Other than that this netbook is so cool Im having dificulty resisting buying another one for myself...no not pink.. but the sea blue one looks quite nice!

after a lot of deliberation I finally went for the pink Samsung netbook - not just because of the colour but because it's also had good reviews.
Very easy to set up and get going and worked first time with my wireless broadband. I've since added a mobile broadband account so that I can easily use it out and about and that works well too.

the mouse pad is very sensitive and I would struggle to use it for any length of time, so I've also bought a mouse to plug in.

if you want a nice small very portable 'laptop' then I would recommend this or any netbook. I have the XP version having read bad reviews about the Windows 7 operating system.

This is my first netbook, having previously borrowed my sons samsung laptop. I liked that so much it convince me to stick with samsung. Being a relative novice in the computor department i found the setup process really easy,with on screen instuctions in a language i could understand.Keys are a nice size and the colour is a real baby pink. All together i like this netbook. The only negative is the speed,my sons having vista, but i dont notice it much anymore.

I bought this for my teenage daughter for Christmas. She is tickled 'pink' with it. It is light, has a good battery life and connects easily via wireless anywhere in our house. A great buy I might even buy myself one for browsing on my knee as my sony laptop is so heavy by comparison. Go and buy it.
